Repair of ACTIGAS modules and parts
REPAIR FORM
ATAL s.r.o. repairs the following ACTIGAS components:

- The customer fills in the REPAIR FORM Then send the component to ATAL for repair diagnosis.

- ATAL will diagnose the part and calculate the cost of the repair based on the cost of the technician's work (EUR 40/hour), cost of spare parts and transport back to customer.
- ATAL will offer the repair price to the customer.
1. If the customer agrees to the repair price by sending a repair order:
- ATAL will issue an advance invoice including the cost of the repair and the cost of return shipping and send it to the customer.
- ATAL will carry out the repair.
- Upon receipt of payment, ATAL will send the repaired part back to the customer within 30 days.
- The repair warranty is 3 months.
2. If the customer refuses the repair price or if the part is beyond repair:
- ATAL will invite the customer to indicate whether he requires the unrepaired part to be sent back.
- If the customer refuses to send back the defective part -> ATAL issues an invoice for the diagnostics and creates a disposal report, which is sent to the customer together with the invoice for payment.
- If the customer require the part to be sent back -> ATAL issues an advance invoice for the diagnostics and return shipping, which will be sent to the customer.
- ATAL will send the unrepaired part back to the customer after payment of this advance invoice, within 30 days at the latest.
