Documentation and software for older generation ATAL instruments (AT505 and AT605)
- The analyzer module is a four (five) component gas analyzer controlled by a personal computer (PC)
- The analyzer module is designed for operation and inspection of spark ignition engines
- Processing data is transmitted from the Analyzer Module via RS232 to the PC where it is stored and printed
- The Analyser Module is part of the Multi-Diag modular system
- MID certification
- The instrument uses the opacity method for measuring opacity, which is based on measuring the optical attenuation of light passing through the column of smoke being measured in a measuring cuvette.
- Both steady and accelerating measurements can be made.
- During the acceleration test, the instrument records engine idling and overrunning speed, peak smoke values and acceleration times.
- It is designed for diesel engine emission control and service stations
- MID certification
